An exclusive residential building with 25 uniquely shaped apartments and open-plan layouts is designed in a contemporary architectural language. The authors emphasize the tectonics and functionality of the forms. The spaces are versatile and fluid, while the façades are open and dynamic, creating modern spatial qualities within a significant part of Riga’s historical center.
